Finca Zarza Wush Wush - Colombia, Tanat | 200gThis exclusive batch of Finca Zarza is grown in the famous Pitalito region in Colombia by the brothers Jhonatan and Johan Gasca, it comes from the rare and prestigious Wush Wush variety. This coffee pushes the limits of fermentation with its unique experimental natural process. The cherries first undergo an anaerobic fermentation of 76 hours, followed by a short oxidation of 12 hours in the open air, before being immersed in water at 60C for 24 hours

Two of the metal rods were not made in the proper proportion (the metal button that pops up into a hole in another bar each connects to was off from where it is supposed to be located) and were literally impossible to connect to the other two bars that they are supposed to connect to. Hence impossible to assemble. A total waste of money. Possibly the worst quality control I have ever seen.
