Here we see an organic single vineyard Pinot out of the Piccadilly sub region of the Hills. Soft, and driven by its fruit profile that is quite classical of the hills; sour cherry rhubarb, and sarsaparilla, this wine also has a nice subtle earthy tone which balances out those tart red fruit characters.
