There are no markings, but this is the unknown maker version documented on pages 228 233 of Marc E. Garlascos The Flak Badges (2008). The clasp is a touch loose and the wire loop is a tiny bit wiggly, I didn't feel it necessary to play with it too much. I just left it the way it came to me. We were looking for a nice shelf over our coffee bar, and this industrial pipe shelf was perfect! This was very easy to assemble! Simply put in your anchors and screw in the bases! We ordered the three tier shelf but only needed two, and it was very easy to make that adjustment! I loved that this was solid wood shelving rather than particle board.
