The Fibre Company - Cumbria - ThrelkeldCumbria is a classic worsted weight yarn in saturated colours inspired by the lakes and hills of the North West of the United Kingdom. In combining the brown wool from English Masham with a find Mohair from Argentina, a strength, lustre and warmth is produced that is idea for handmade staples. These two fibres are blended with a fine South American Merino to give the final yarn the softness and beautiful hand that defines The Fibre Co yarns.

These Under Armour socks are high quality and definitely durable, with great cushioning and a solid fit that stays in place throughout the day. The material feels supportive and they hold up well after multiple washes without losing shape. My only minor downside is that they’re thicker than I expected. They feel more like a heavy-duty training sock, which is great for colder weather or intense workouts, but a bit bulky for everyday sneakers or warmer days.
