Billecart-Salmon 2012 Cuvee Elizabeth Rose Champagne 1.5LThis pours a slightly darker hue in the glass versus a standard Billecart Salmon rose and has a more upright and stout presence to it. The nose opens with spring citrus fruits (tangerine and blood orange) in addition to red berries, mint, chalk, mixed flowers, and just there clotted cream. From Jeroboam this is still tightly wound on the palate with blood orange, peach and red berries, and a core of chalky minerality. This is youthful, and we suspect
