I am 5'3" 140 lbs. and I purchased the size medium, it fits just right. I tried these on right out of the box; they were so comfortable that I didn't even want to take them off to launder them. Of course, I did wash and dry them according to the recommendations and they came out so fluffy, no shrinkage all seams intact. Wearing them is like lounging in a warm cloud.
