2014 Bachtobel No 1Pinot Noir N 1 Fruchtbetonter Blauburgunder, zum grsseren Teil maischeerhitzt und relativ khl vergoren, deshalb mit starken Bouquetnoten nach roten Frchten und Bananen. Zum kleineren Teil in 800 Liter Holzbehltern maischevergoren und nach drei bis vier Tagen abgepresst, um mglichst wenig Kerngerbstoffe herauszulsen. Um ihn nicht mit Holznoten zu erdrcken, ihm aber doch etwas notwendigen Sauerstoff fr die Reifung und Farbstabilisierung zukommen zu
