Our lab is an aggressive chewer and LOVES his toys. I was looking for a chew toy that had a different shape than a regular ball or Kong and saw this. Our dog LOVES this toy because he can chew it when he wants to be alone and it keeps him entertained (especially when stuffed with food). It’s is a very durable toy. But not indestructible. My dog loves the ball and it did last 4 months which is much longer than any of his other toys. I emailed the company to see if they honored their one time replacement policy for Amazon orders. I was told they do and was told I was shipped a replacement. But we never received it. We’ve ordered plenty from Amazon before and after this so I don’t know where the hold up would of happened but here we are. I did email the company back and told them that I didn’t receive the replacement and asked if they could verify my address….but they haven’t responded. Just sucks. Would of been great if I actually got the replacement!
